A customer is never out of warranty, even if his product is.

There are lots of good reasons to abandon a project. Having a little competition is not one of them.

People who can spread ideas regardless of what those ideas are, win.

And it turns out that tribes, not money, not factories, that can change our world, that can change politics, that can align large numbers of people. Not because you force them to do something against their will. But because they wanted to connect.

The problem with putting it all on the line is that it might not work out. The problem with not putting it all on the line is that it will never (ever) change things for the better. Not much of a choice, I think.

The only reason to build a website is to change someone. If you can't tell me the change and you can't tell me the someone, then you're wasting your time.
