I have been inspired by Martin Luther King and how he inspired a movement. I have learned that a cause must be organic; if it is to have an impact it must belong to those who join the movement and not those who lead it.
Our struggles are the short term lessons we learn to achieve long term success.
The new is threatening to those who have mastered the old.
Those who fear the new are the ones who have mastered the old.
Hearing is listening to what is said. Listening is hearing what isn't said.
The bad leaders are the ones that push hard so they can gain, who brow beat us so that they can receive the benefit of our hard work, not so we can enjoy the success
