In reality there is nothing to fear in the present. Fear is projected onto the present by memory.
I, of course, meditate for two hours every morning. It's part of my schedule; I wake up at 4 a.m. every day and I love it.
Replace fear-based thinking with love-based thinking.
Love takes many forms - it is up to you to choose which you wish to express.
The world "out there" won't change until the world "in here" does.
