The body is a field of ideas and it is a field of interpretations and when you change your experience of your own identity to a spiritual being, the body expresses the physical manifestation of that spiritual reality.

Every spiritual tradition has this idea of death and resurrection. It's not unique to Christianity.

Nature goes to the same place to create a galaxy of stars: a cluster of nebulas, a rain forest, a human body, or a thought. That place is Spirit.

Commit yourself to deeper awareness. Be generous of spirit. Embrace every day as a new world. Let the timeless be in charge of time.

There are foods that accelerate aging and entropy, and others that renew and revitalise the body.

Abundance comes from within it comes from thought , intention, attention and expectation
