Any cell, tissue, or organ is capable of crying for attention, and when you give it some, the healing process begins.

When we experience the power of the Self, there is an absence of fear, there is no compulsion to control, and no struggle for approval or external power.

In order to be not bound by the tether of time, we must have a relationship with the timeless.

Today I want to belong. I want to feel safe and at home. I want to be aware of what it is like simply to be, without defenses or desires. I will appreciate the flow of life for what it is-my own true self. I will notice those moments of intimacy with myself, when I feel that “I am” is enough to sustain me forever. I will lie on the grass at one with nature, expanding until my being fades into the infinite.

Examine other points of view as if they were your own.

Know that people are doing the best they can from their level of awareness. Accept people for who they are and always be ready to forgive.

People think meditation is a huge undertaking.
