The healthiest response to life is joy.

I want to offer the possibility that Jesus was truly, as he proclaimed, a savior. Not the savior, not the one and only Son of God. Rather Jesus embodied the highest level of enlightenment.

Never forget that you are not in the world; the world is in you. When anything happens to you, take the experience inward. Creation is set up to bring you constant hints and clues about your role as co-creator. Your soul is metabolizing experience as surely as your body is metabolizing food

Food can heal and renew. Food can be your anti-aging medicine.

Free yourself emotionally - to be emotionally resilient is the best defense against growing rigid.

Negative people deplete your energy. Surround yourself with love and nourishment and do not allow the creation of negativity in your environment.

In the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, from the prison of past conditioning. Uncertainty is the fertile ground of creativity and freedom.
