There are two sides to self-discovery, as in most things, an outer more popular side and an inner side. The popular side presents more of a simplified form.

A lot of people have this live or die attitude with mediation. It has to be all or nothing. I don't think it should be. It's a study that you follow for the rest of your life.

If I can have an effect on influential women and men, if they seek me out because they are interested in self-knowledge and the fun of meditating, then I'm glad to help. That's why I'm here.

Only when there are no impressions of others clouding our mind, can we sit and practice the glorious practice of meditation.

You will have to put aside some things in your life, habits, ideas, ways of seeing life. You will have to learn new things, and then new things and then new things - forever.

When you do something half-heartedly, you don't get much of a result. When you do it fully, you get a great result.

As you gain control of the mind, you gain control of life and you gain control of your time. It all works together.
