You are down in the valley and the valley is filled with smog. You can't see too well. When we meditate, we are going beyond the smog to the top of the mountain.

To think you can just go out and help people and somehow get a better life is not reincarnation as I know it. A better life comes from being happy and inner realizations. Now if helping others adds to that, well then, it's great.

The causal body is like DNA or RNA in that it is the coding that determines your level of evolution.

Everything is dependent upon your state of mind. That is all there is, states of mind, ten thousand of them. Beyond all states of mind is nirvana.

If we are in the same state of mind, we just self-reflect, things are dull and gray and kind of boring.

Don't fight with your thoughts or try to suppress them with your will. This will only frustrate you and bind you to your thoughts even more strongly.
