We associate stress with action, but how can you take action without stress? You take the right actions with a different energy. Yes, that might affect the speed at which you work or how much you get done in one day, but you'll probably get things done more efficiently.
Gabrielle BernsteinThere is a sense of urgency and this is a time for teachers and I think that there is this psychic awareness with this new generation of seekers that they are here to teach and so that they really need to wake up fast, much like we did, because we know that we must show up at a very high level and so therefore I think that there is an unconscious sense of urgency like I need to do this and not just for me, but for something greater and they may not be able to put that into words, but they are experiencing it.

Gabrielle BernsteinWe won't let ourselves feel our anger, rage, and pain. We push it down or anesthetize it through drugs, alcohol, shopping, or whatever we do in order not to feel it. When that memory and the associated feelings get lodged down there in our soul, the feelings are still there. They don't just magically go away. We have to give ourselves the opportunity to feel them.
