I follow the Dr. Peter D'Adamo Blood Type Diet as best I can. It's an eating and living guideline that understands you as a biochemical individual... and I find it really works for me. I eat vegetables, ocean caught fish, and small amounts of organic free range chicken.

I celebrated my 18th birthday in Japan, which was quite memorable; I was quite fascinated by the different traditions and the culture; it was so completely different to Australian culture.

I've always been very comfortable wearing not much, in my swimwear or my underwear, or running around naked. I've always been very free like that. I don't really know why, exactly, but I just have been. Not really too shy about that.

I consider myself a good person. And I think people perceive me to be, 'Oh, she's nice,' but being a good person, knowing your strengths and working towards those strengths, and encouraging those around you to do the same, that's a good person.
