Look around and find something for which to be grateful.

When you are on the ground, only one of you two can be comfortable at any one time. Either you are comfortable or the opponent is. Your job is to transfer the comfortable from him to you in every position

If you are not comortable to deal with an opponent 50 lbs heavier than you, there is something wrong with your Jiu Jitsu.

Be positive and the challenge will be easier.

Physical strength (hard work), mental strength (perseverance) and spiritual strength (love & acceptance) are the keys to continuous growth.
