The danger of the Web is that you can go from idea to public announcement in under ten minutes.

The thing is, the future happens. Every single day, like it or not. Sure, tomorrow is risky, frightening and in some way represents one step closer to the end. But it also brings with it the possibility of better and the chance to do something that matters.

The tragedy is that society (your school, your boss, your government, your family) keeps drumming the genius part out. The problem is that our culture has engaged in a Faustian bargain, in which we trade our genius and artistry for apparent stability.

Instead of focusing on arguing with people who say no, it might be easier to get near the people who like to say yes.

Too often, we don't give people the opportunity to fill in the blanks.

Every great company, brand, career has been built in exactly the same way: bit by bit, step by step, little by little.

Change is not a threat, it's an opportunity. Survival is not the goal, transformative success is.
