I think maintenance comes from a daily spiritual growth practice of some kind: prayer, meditation, affirmations. Something that keeps you in the consciousness of higher thoughts and energy. That's also how you make sure you don't do it again.

I would suggest that the next generation stop looking for happiness outside of themselves but instead turn inward.

You can't make people be or do what you want. All you can do is be unapologetic about what you want and let others show up however they can.

Inside we are all Golden Buddha's, but we grew to believe we were made of clay. Our ego's false perceptions led us to grow into a belief system that covered our inner light. We've spent years, maybe decades, masking our truth. Now it's time to embrace our light and reconnect with our Golden Buddha within.

Allow your passion to become your purpose, and it will one day become your profession.

Choosing love will bring you great joy and great happiness - that happiness is a choice you make.

First you have to witness that you are stressing out: Oh, my trigger is here. The news is stressing me out or This line is so long. Let yourself feel it. You don't want to spiritually bypass these problems. Give yourself a couple of minutes to sit in the feeling. Acceptance sets you free from the stress of expectation.
