What business could be mature when you have economies with more than 2 billion people in India, China and Southeast Asia?

If we don't create private sector jobs and just - just creating public sector jobs, we're going nowhere. This is a bad game. You've got to have innovation. You've got to have tax policies that support innovation.

The story about GE that hasn't been told is the value of an informal place. I think it's a big thought. I don't think people have ever figured out that being informal is a big deal.

In the end, your integrity is all you've got.

Again, your challenge is not just to improve. It is to break the service paradigm in your industry or market so that customers aren't just satisfied, they're so shocked that they tell strangers on the street how good you are.

You can't behave in a calm, rational manner. You've got to be out there on the lunatic fringe.
