Here's a good rule of thumb: don't worry about a competitor at all, until they're actually beating you with a real shipped product.

Employees will only add more value over time.

If you have several ideas that all seem pretty good, work on the one that you think about, when you're not trying to think about work.

One thing that founders forget is that after they hire employees, they have to retain them.

Remember that the idea will expand, and become more ambitious as you go.

Unfortunately the trick to great execution is to say no a lot.

Or a way to stay on strangers couches, that just sounds terrible all around.
