Comedy scares me a lot. I feel like it's way harder than drama. I think my safety net is definitely drama and I would love to kind of be able to be able to push into the comedy world and do something kind of like a Christopher Guest kind of style show. That, to me, is my kind of comedy. Like, Ricky Gervais comedy. That's my kind of thing.

And the flipside of that is, that's also a great thing, to play to people who are your fans. Some people are too hard on the comedy clubs.

We have little bits of comedy throughout our films but this is like a full-on comedy. I had great time. It was fun to do a comedy and see a lot of the people I worked with on our previous films and meet some new actors. It was a good experience for me.

I find that working with friends is always the goal, even if its just one person. Because the comedy community is kind of insular, its easy to run into people youve worked with, even if you worked with someone on something for a day, or whatever.

Stand-up and comedy is the place where we are supposed to be able to make fun of all of the world's ills.
